talkalot G4 Business Centre, Carlisle Street East, Sheffield, S4 7QD provides a 12 month warranty for your branded mobile phones and original accessories delivered with your mobile phone (hereinafter referred to as "Product")

Our Warranty

talkalot warrants this product to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship at the point of purchase by the consumer, and for subsequent period of one year. Subject to the conditions of this Limited Warranty.

WHAT WE WILL DO

Should your product during the warranty period fail to operate under normal use and service, due to defects in design, materials and workmanship, talkalot will at their option, either repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated herein.

talkalot reserve the right to charge a handling fee if a returned Product is found not to be under warranty according to the conditions as follows.

Please make sure before sending your product in that you have made backup copies of all the information stored on your product such as downloads, calendar and contacts. Personal settings, downloads or other information may be lost when you talkalot product is repaired or replaced. talkaloy maybe prevented by applicable law, other regulations or technical restrictions from making a backup copy of certain downloads, talkalot doesn't take any responsibility for lost information of any kind and will not reimburse you for any such loss.

Conditions

1. This warranty is valid only on original proof of purchase issued to the original purchaser for this Product.
2. This warranty does not cover any failure of the product due to normal wear and tear or due to misuse, including but not limited to use in other than the normal and customary manner, in accordance with the products instructions for use and maintenance of the Product. Nor does the warranty cover any failure of the Product due to accident, software or hardware modification or adjustment, acts of God or damage resulting from liquid.
3. If talkalot repair or replaces the Product shall be warranted for the remaining time of original warranty period or for ninety (90) days from the date of repair, whichever is longer. Repair or replaced may involve the use of functionally equivalent reconditioned units. Replaced parts or components will become the property of talkalot.
4. Rechargeable batteries can be charged and discharged hundreds of times, however it will eventually wear out, this doesn't constituted a defect. When signs of low standby time are shown talkalot recommends that the battery is replaced by recommended manufactures.
5. Minor variations in brightness of displays and colour between phones. There may be tiny bright or dark dots on the display. These are called defective pixels and occur when individual dots have malfunctioned and can not be adjusted. Two defective pixels are deemed acceptable.
6. Camera modules may have minor variations between phones. This is nothing uncommon and is not regarded as a defective camera unit.
7. Sim cards provided by independent carriers from talkalot. talkalot will not be responsible for the operation, availability, coverage, services or range of that system.
8. This warranty does not cover Product failures caused by installations, modifications or repair or opening of the Product by non authorised talkalot person.
9. This warranty does not cover Product failures which have been cause by use of accessories or other peripheral devices which are not branded original accessories intended for use of this Product.

This warranty provided does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable legislation in force, nor the consumers rights against the dealer arising from their sale / purchase contract.
